[UPDATE 4] Meme Sea Class Picker

There are 18 powers in Update 4: Fly, Invisible, and Bomb (Common); Spin, Barrier, and Diamond (Uncommon); Flame, Paw, Ice, Gold, Water, Sand, Snow, and Moai (Rare); Dark, Dog, Dough, and Floppa (Legendary).
